The captions themselves are totally subjective. One could
take a photograph of Mickey Mouse and make captions at
the Ears saying " covert satellite dish "; the gloved hand
saying " sign of stealth, cloaking the skin underneath" and
so on and so forth. It is like the parable of the Blind men
and the elephant. It depends on where you want to grope.
Mr. Bush WANTS to find violations, and so will denominate
anything he can as a weapon of mass destruction. Mostly it
is propaganda such as the Powell tour de force in the U.N.
that sways minds, and the media only have half a mind at
best, because they are so hungry for news........
