How do I buy an electronic book in ZoneZero?

ZoneZero uses the system to sell its products on-line. This system allows you to make purchase with your credit card.

To make a purchase follow these instructions:

Step 1.

Select the book and click on the "Buy" button. This will take you to a web page where you will fill an application form to buy on-line through PayPal.

Step 2.

Once the payment is made a confirmation page will appear on the screen, select "Click here to continue" to download the book to your hard drive.

Step 3.

A page for download will apppear on the screen. Click on the "Download" icon to download the book.

IMPORTANT: To make sure the file is stored in your hard drive right-click on your mouse (for PC) or APPLE + click (MAC) and select the "Download Link to Disk" option to select the location where the file will be downloaded.

If you do not make sure the file is downloaded into your hard drive, the file could automatically open while in the browser and will be lost when you get off-line.

Step 4.

Once the book is stored on your hard drive, double click on it to open it with Acrobat Reader or any other PDF's reader.

Can I print these electronic books?

Our electronic books are created for on-screen view, therefore the resolution of the images is not suited for fine printing.

Despite this all our books do have a print option and a medium quality print can be obtained in any home printer.

What are the features of electronic books?

Electronic books are not a substitute for printed books, however they do offer a new option for photography books.

In contrast to printed books, electronic books have features that allow a better view of the images. These are:

How do I download a book once I have purchased it?

Why does an electronic book open in the browser and is not downloaded to my hard drive?

Some browsers like Internet Explorer or Netscape ocasionally have Acrobat Reader (or other PDF reader) in their configuration so they can open PDF files in the browser's window.This causes the book to open from the server to the browser window and not to be downloaded to the hard drive.

To avoid this follow these instructions:

1. You can disable Acrobat Reader from the browser's Preferences/Plugins or file helpers.
   
2. Make sure the file is stored on the hard drive when downloaded.

How do I exit the full-screen mode?

Our books are designed to appear in full-screen mode when they are opened. If you wish to exit the full-screen mode press the ESC key and your will view the book in the normal mode.
