In this section you will find a step-by-step guide to download our electronic books.

It is important to follow these directions accurately so your download is made succesfully.

If any subject is not found in this guide, please send your comments or questions to webmaster@zonezero.com, as "subject" please write "Electronic book download" and the description of your problem and we will be glad to help you.

1. Book selection

In our catalog you can browse all the books of Zone Zero publishing.

If you need a more detailed information of a book, you can see its description by clicking the button:

2. Purchase

Once you have chosen the book you wish to buy follow these steps:

Step 1 . Cick on the button:

NOTE: You can also find this button in the catalog next to the book of your choice.

When this button is clicked the buy page will appear:

Step 2. If you have purchased through Pay Pal before just log in and click on "CONTINUE"

If you have not made any purchases through Pay Pal before, register by clicking on the button "If you have never paid through PayPal, CLICK HERE".

After entering the Pay Pal system you wiil be asked for your personal information and credit card number. Click on "CONTINUE".

 

Step 3. A page will pop up wtih the text "YOU'RE ALMOST DONE" in which you can read all the information regarding your purchase

Check all the information and if everything is correct click on the "PAY" button

 

NOTE: If the information is incorrect, click on "CANCEL" and start over.

Step 4. Afterwards, a page will appear with the confirmation of your payment.

IMPORTANT: Do not forget to click on the"CLICK HERE TO CONTINUE" link located at the right bottom of the screen, otherwise you will be unable to go to the download page.

3. Download

Once the purchase has been confirmed click on the option "CLICK HERE TO CONTINUE" and you will be taken to the download page

OPTION 1. Click on the button:

IMPORTANT: Some browsers open up the electronic book in the same window you are browsing on, this could cause you to lose the book file when you get off-line.

OPTION 2. To make sure the book is downloaded to your hard drive:

• Click on the "DOWNLOAD" button
  
• Right-click the mouse, (apple+click on Mac ) without releasing it and a menu will pop out.
  
• Select the "Download Link to Disk" option to select the location to which the book file will be downloaded.

4. Suggestions

To prevent the book from opening in the browser's window you can disable Acrobat Reader as the default PDF reader.

You can do this from the browser's Preferences/Plugins or File Helpers.

We present the following exemple using Internet Explorer 5.2 in the Mac OSX system (use the image and numbers as reference).

NOTE: This configuration will vary according to your browser and platform.

• Go to "Preferences" section in your browser's menu .
• Click on "File Helpers" (1)
• Look fot the Acrobat 5.0 icon and click on it (2)
• Click on the "Change" button (3)
• A new menu will appear. At the bottom go to "How to handle" and select "Save to file" in the menu on the right side (4)
• Click on the "OK" button and the browser will have the new configuration.
