Angel Cristóbal Rodríguez, from Ciales, Puerto Rico, was arrested in the late 1970's while protesting in one of the Navy beaches in  Vieques.  

He was tried and imprisoned in Federal Prison, in Florida, where he later was found, mysteriously hung.  

A death still unsolved.
