Commemorating the sacrifice for justice 009
Shia Muslims pour milk on the legs of Holy horse in the Ashura procession at Dhaka. This horse represents the ‘Thol Janah’, the horse of Imam Husayn that jumped and kicked the assassinators and killed some of them who brutally killed Imam Husayn. People pour the milk on horse and collect it again with the belief that this milk brings good for them.
